BenchLocker provides a secure way to:

  • Collect and track documents and requirements for youth sports teams
  • Allow authorized parties to manage, submit, and review documentation

We aim to maintain 99% uptime and provide technical support. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time.

4. Data & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to store, process, and share them only with your authorized team or organization.

5. Document Retention & Deletion

BenchLocker retains your uploaded documents according to your organization’s settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@benchlocker.com.

Deleted documents cannot be recovered once processed.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your team or organization no longer uses BenchLocker
  • We detect fraudulent or harmful behavior

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BenchLocker is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for the decisions made by your organization or team based on uploaded information
  • You use the Service at your own risk
