Each child will have their own Private ID, contact card and team information

Parents can access the BenchLocker Parent/Player Portal by visiting their team’s unique URL (e.g., yourclub.benchlocker.com) and clicking the PLAYER LOGIN button.

To log in, they’ll need two things:

• Private ID (a unique 8-digit code provided by the organization)
• Player’s Last Name

If they’ve lost their Private ID, they can use the “Forgot Private ID” link on the login page to retrieve it via email. 

Staff members like coaches, managers, and administrators are added by your organization’s team or league administrators. They control who gets access based on their roles, ensuring only authorized people can manage your team’s paperwork and information.

If you think someone should be added or removed, contact your team admin for help. 

Yes! Coaches and authorized staff can upload and update player documents to keep everything current and organized. This helps ensure all paperwork is complete and easily accessible when needed.

If you’re a player or parent, your coach may ask you to provide or update certain documents directly.
