① We Set Up Your Custom Site

Sign up today, and within 24–48 hours your organization will have its own fully customized BenchLocker account at app.benchlocker.com.
Log in, and you’ll be greeted with your team’s name, colors, and logo — making it feel like home from the very first click. We’ll handle the setup, walk you through the essentials, and make sure everything is ready so your coaches, parents, and players can hit the ground running

② Import Your Data

Importing data couldn’t be easier. No need to type in every player, parent and team. We’ll guide you through providing your player rosters, team lists, staff, and parent contacts via a simple Excel or Google sheet. Don’t worry – we’ll give you an exact template showing what information we need.

③ Configure Your Requirements

Together, we’ll set up all the paperwork you need to track. For hockey organizations, this might include USA Hockey numbers, SafeSport certifications, medical forms, and insurance documents. For other sports, we customize it to your league’s specific requirements.

④ Invite Your Users & Launch

Once everything is set up, you’re ready to go live. You’ll send out custom invites to players, parents, coaches, and staff — and they’ll each get secure access to their own dashboard. From there, everyone can upload documents, track their requirements, and stay compliant with ease.
