{"id":454,"date":"2025-07-06T22:12:18","date_gmt":"2025-07-07T02:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.benchlocker.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=454"},"modified":"2025-07-06T22:12:18","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T02:12:18","password":"","slug":"%f0%9f%a7%91%f0%9f%8f%ab-how-do-i-create-and-manage-staff-accounts","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.benchlocker.com\/index.php\/docs\/%f0%9f%a7%91%f0%9f%8f%ab-how-do-i-create-and-manage-staff-accounts\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udfeb How Do I Create and Manage Staff Accounts?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To give someone access to the <strong>Coach \/ Manager,  Staff Dashboard<\/strong>, you\u2019ll need to create a <strong>Staff Account<\/strong> in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Creating a Staff Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the <strong>Administrator Dashboard<\/strong> or sidebar, go to <strong>Admin Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cStaff Manager\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll see a list of your current staff members and their last login times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>\u201c+ Add Staff Member\u201d<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the form with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Username<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Role<\/strong> (Manager, Coach, Volunteer, or Other)<br>\ud83d\udea8 <em>This determines what requirements the staff member will be assigned to fulfill<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>teams<\/strong> the staff member should have access to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cAdd Team Manager\u201d<\/strong> to finish creating the account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Managing Existing Staff<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the <strong>Staff Manager<\/strong> page, you can take actions on any staff member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Icon \/ Option<\/th><th>Action<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>\ud83d\udd8a\ufe0f <strong>Blue Pencil<\/strong><\/td><td>Edit staff member info, update team access, and view assigned requirements + statuses.
