BenchLocker allows you to fully customize the email sent to parents or guardians when inviting them to access the Parent\/Player Portal<\/strong>. This lets you add your own tone, branding, or additional instructions \u2014 while still including all the important login details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the Administrator Dashboard<\/strong> or sidebar, go to System Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Scroll down to the \u201cInvite Email Template\u201d<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter your custom message using the available variables (see below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click \u201cSave Settings\u201d<\/strong> to update the template<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
