BenchLocker gives you the ability to create and manage custom requirements<\/strong> for your coaches, managers, volunteers, and other staff members. These requirements help ensure that your staff stays compliant with your league or organization\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Where to Create Staff Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. From the Administrator Dashboard<\/strong> or sidebar, go to \u201cStaff Requirements\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click \u201c+ Add New Requirement\u201d<\/strong> to begin creating a new rule<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill out the form with the following details:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Field<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>

    Applies to Roles<\/strong><\/td>Choose which staff roles this applies to: Manager, Coach, Volunteer, or Other<\/td><\/tr>
    Frequency<\/strong><\/td>Select how often it must be renewed: Yearly, Every Other Year, or Once<\/td><\/tr>
    Expires (Months)<\/strong><\/td>How long until this requirement expires? Enter number of months (e.g., 12, 24). Leave blank if it never expires<\/td><\/tr>
    Level (Optional)<\/strong><\/td>Use for certification levels, like \u201cLevel 1 Coach\u201d or \u201cAge-Specific Module\u201d<\/td><\/tr>
    Active<\/strong><\/td>Check this box to make the requirement live and visible to staff<\/td><\/tr>
