Each team in BenchLocker has its own set of required documents and information. These must be completed to keep your player eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in<\/strong> to your team\u2019s BenchLocker site
    Example: https:\/\/[yourteamname].benchlocker.com<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the PLAYER LOGIN<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once logged in, look for the \u201cPlayer Requirements\u201d<\/strong> section on your dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This section shows everything your team has asked for, like birth certificates, medical forms, or registration numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udfaf What Do the Colors Mean?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    BenchLocker uses a simple color-coded system to help you quickly understand your status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • \ud83d\udfe9 Green<\/strong> \u2014 Fulfilled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \ud83d\udfe8 Yellow<\/strong> \u2014 Not fulfilled or pending review<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \ud83d\udfe5 Red<\/strong> \u2014 Expired or rejected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \u26a0\ufe0f If your requirement is red or yellow, action is likely needed to keep your player eligible.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udce4 How to Upload a Document<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To fulfill a requirement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click the Upload<\/strong> icon next to the item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Choose your file (PDF, JPG, PNG \u2014 up to 10MB)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Upload Document<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705 Once submitted, your document will be reviewed by an administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \ud83d\udca1 Make sure your document is clear and easy to read before uploading<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \ud83d\udcdd How to Add Completion Info (No File Upload)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Some requirements don\u2019t need a document \u2014 just a date or code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the Edit<\/strong> icon next to the requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Enter a completion date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Add any membership numbers<\/strong> or notes (if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click Save Changes<\/strong> or Mark as Complete<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Click the View<\/strong> (eye) icon to open your uploaded file in a new tab.
          You can also download or print the document from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Expiration Dates<\/strong> \u2014 Some items need to be renewed yearly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Pending Reviews<\/strong> \u2014 Documents marked \u201cPending\u201d are waiting for approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Team-Based<\/strong> \u2014 Requirements are set by your specific team, not by BenchLocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
