By creating an account, uploading documents, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Who Can Use BenchLocker<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old to create an account or manage a player profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be an authorized parent, guardian, coach, or team administrator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share your login credentials or access someone else\u2019s account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload false or fraudulent documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the platform for anything unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are responsible for all activity under your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Our Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>BenchLocker provides a secure way to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect and track documents and requirements for youth sports teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow authorized parties to manage, submit, and review documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to maintain 99% uptime and provide technical support. However, we <strong>cannot guarantee uninterrupted service<\/strong> and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Data &amp; Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We take data privacy seriously. Please refer to our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.benchlocker.com\/index.php\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3\">Privacy Policy<\/a> for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to store, process, and share them <strong>only with your authorized team or organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Document Retention &amp; Deletion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>BenchLocker retains your uploaded documents according to your organization\u2019s settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at <a>support@benchlocker.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deleted documents cannot be recovered once processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Account Termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You violate these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your team or organization no longer uses BenchLocker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We detect fraudulent or harmful behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BenchLocker is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for the decisions made by your organization or team based on uploaded information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You use the Service at your own risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
