👤 How Do I View a Specific Player’s Information?

BenchLocker allows coaches and team managers to view detailed information about each player on their team — all in one place.

🔎 Step-by-Step Instructions #

1. Log in to your organization’s BenchLocker site
   yourorgname.benchlocker.com
2. From the Coach/Manager Dashboard, click “My Teams”
3. Click “View Team” next to the team you want to manage
4. Find the player in the roster list and click the Blue Person Icon next to their name

🧾 What You’ll See #

Once you’re in the player’s profile, you’ll have access to:

• Player Details:
  Full name, address, date of birth, jersey number, and position
• Guardian Information:
  Names, phone numbers, and email addresses for all linked guardians
• Team Assignment:
  Current and former teams the player is/was associated with
• Requirement Status:
  A full list of player-specific requirements, including what’s completed, pending, or missing

💡 Tip: If a parent has difficulty using the system or sends in paperwork manually, managers can help by uploading documents or updating statuses directly in the player profile.
