Sometimes parents may email or hand you a document — like a birth certificate or medical form — instead of uploading it themselves. BenchLocker allows coaches and managers to assist by updating the requirement on the player’s behalf.
👣 Step-by-Step Instructions #
- Log in to your BenchLocker site
- From the Coach/Manager Dashboard, click My Teams, then View Team
- Click the Blue Person Icon next to the player’s name
- Scroll to the bottom of the player profile to view their requirements
- Use the following actions to update:
🔧 Requirement Actions #
- 🔵 Upload Icon – Upload a document on behalf of the player (PDF, JPG, PNG, max 10MB)
- 👁️ Eye Icon – View an existing uploaded document
- ✏️ Pencil Icon – Add a note (used to fulfill a requirement without a file)
📝 Notes & Tips #
- Replacing a File: Uploading a new document will overwrite the current one
- Using Notes: For requirements that don’t require a file (like verbal confirmations or in-person checks), a note alone is enough to fulfill it
✅ Best Practice: Always double-check with your organization’s admin before fulfilling a requirement without a document.
