📎 Uploading a Non-Required Document

Sometimes players may need to submit documents that aren’t officially required by the team but are still important to keep on file — such as:

• ✅ A medical clearance after an injury
• ✅ A doctor’s note or medical exemption
• ✅ Custom forms requested by your coach or organization

These documents don’t fulfill team requirements but are still stored securely in the system for administrative review.

🧭 How to Upload a Non-Required Document #

1. Log in to your Parent/Player Dashboard
   (e.g., https://yourorg.benchlocker.com)
2. Click the Upload Document button in the Quick Actions section
3. Choose the Document Type:
   • Medical
   • Other
4. Click Browse and select your file (PDF, JPG, PNG – up to 10MB)
5. Click Upload

🛡️ Tip: Make sure your file is clearly labeled and easy to read. This helps your coach or admin process it quickly.
