📩 How Do I Resend a Player Their Dashboard Invite?

If a parent or player can’t find their original login email, no worries — coaches and managers can easily resend the invite with just a couple of clicks.

👣 Step-by-Step Instructions: #

  1. 🔐 Log In to the Coach/Manager Dashboard
  2. Click 👥 My Teams, then select 👀 View Team next to the appropriate roster
  3. Find the player who needs a new invite
  4. Click the ✉️ Gray Email Icon next to their name
  5. A popup will appear showing the email message preview that will be sent
  6. Click 📨 Send to deliver the invite to the guardian’s email address on file

⚠️ Important Notes: #

  • 🚫 Inactive Players Cannot Receive Invites
    If the player’s status is set to inactive, the system will block the email. To proceed, the administrator will need to reactivate the player.
  • 📱 Mobile-Friendly
    The invite includes everything parents need to access the portal from their phone or tablet, including a Private ID and login instructions.
