πŸ“„ Understanding Your Player’s Requirements

2 min read

Each team in BenchLocker has its own set of required documents and information. These must be completed to keep your player eligible to participate.

πŸ” Where to Find Your Requirements #

  1. Log in to your team’s BenchLocker site
    Example: https://[yourteamname].benchlocker.com
  2. Click the PLAYER LOGIN button
  3. Once logged in, look for the β€œPlayer Requirements” section on your dashboard

This section shows everything your team has asked for, like birth certificates, medical forms, or registration numbers.

🎯 What Do the Colors Mean? #

BenchLocker uses a simple color-coded system to help you quickly understand your status:

  • 🟩 Green β€” Fulfilled
  • 🟨 Yellow β€” Not fulfilled or pending review
  • πŸŸ₯ Red β€” Expired or rejected

⚠️ If your requirement is red or yellow, action is likely needed to keep your player eligible.

πŸ“€ How to Upload a Document #

To fulfill a requirement:

  1. Click the Upload icon next to the item
  2. Choose your file (PDF, JPG, PNG β€” up to 10MB)
  3. Click Upload Document

βœ… Once submitted, your document will be reviewed by an administrator

πŸ’‘ Make sure your document is clear and easy to read before uploading

πŸ“ How to Add Completion Info (No File Upload) #

Some requirements don’t need a document β€” just a date or code.

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the requirement
  2. Enter a completion date
  3. Add any membership numbers or notes (if needed)
  4. Click Save Changes or Mark as Complete

πŸ‘οΈ How to View Previously Uploaded Documents #

Click the View (eye) icon to open your uploaded file in a new tab.
You can also download or print the document from there.

⏳ Things to Keep in Mind #

  • Expiration Dates β€” Some items need to be renewed yearly
  • Pending Reviews β€” Documents marked β€œPending” are waiting for approval
  • Team-Based β€” Requirements are set by your specific team, not by BenchLocker

❓ Need Help? #

  • Check the description under each requirement β€” some include helpful instructions or links
  • Contact your team manager or coach for team-specific questions
