Yes β BenchLocker includes a built-in Audit Log that tracks key system activity to help you monitor changes, troubleshoot issues, or review historical actions.
β What the Audit Log Tracks #
Each log entry includes:
- Date & Time of the action (Note Log Times Are GMT)
- Username of the person who performed the action
- Action taken (e.g., login, player update, document upload)
- IP Address of the user at the time of the action

π Filtering & Searching the Log #
The audit log includes:
- A date range filter to narrow down activity
- A search field to quickly find specific users, actions, or events
Use these tools to find exactly what youβre looking for β whether it’s who deleted a player, when a form was approved, or who logged in from a specific IP.
π Who Can View the Audit Log? #
Only users with Administrator access can view the full system audit log.
