As players move on or leave your organization, you may want to revoke their access to the Parent/Player Portal without deleting their data.
The best way to do this is to mark the player as inactive in the system.
🛠️ Steps to Make a Player Inactive #
- Log in to the Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to Player Management
- Use the search bar to locate the player
- Click the 👁️ Blue Eye icon to view the player, or the ✏️ Pencil icon to edit their record
- In the Status field, change it to Inactive
- Click Save Changes
✅ What Happens When a Player Is Inactive? #
- ❌ They can no longer log in to the Parent/Player Dashboard
- ✅ Their data remains in your system for future reference
- 🗂️ They will still appear in reports and historical records
💡 Tip: Never delete a player just to block access. Marking them as inactive is the safest and most flexible option.
