📤 How Do I Upload Staff Requirements?

BenchLocker makes it easy for staff members to fulfill their assigned requirements by uploading documents like certifications, waivers, and training confirmations.


🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions #

  1. Log in at yourorgname.benchlocker.com
  2. From the Coach/Manager Dashboard, click the Staff Profile icon or link in the side menu
  3. Under Staff Requirements, locate the requirement you want to fulfill
  4. Click the 🔵 Upload icon next to the requirement
  5. Click Browse to select your file
    • Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG
    • Max file size: 10MB
  6. Click Upload to submit your document

👀 Additional Tips #

  • Replacing a file? Uploading a new document will automatically replace the previous one
  • If your requirement doesn’t need a document, you can still fulfill it by entering a note explaining how the requirement was completed (e.g., “Completed in-person at league meeting”)
  • Click the 👁️ Eye icon to view any uploaded file

💡 Trouble uploading? Make sure your file meets the size and type limits. If you’re still having issues, contact your organization’s administrator.
