BenchLocker allows you to display a custom disclaimer message directly beneath the login box on your organization’s homepage. This is useful for adding legal, privacy, or access notices for users before they log in.

🛠️ How to Set the Disclaimer #

  1. From the Administrator Dashboard or side menu, go to System Settings
  2. Scroll down to the “Site Disclaimer” section
  3. Enter your message using plain text or simple HTML
  4. Click “Save Settings” to apply the update

🔄 Available Variables #

BenchLocker will automatically replace these placeholders with the appropriate values for your organization:

  • {team_name} – Your organization or team name
  • {site_url} – Your BenchLocker site URL (e.g., wolfpack.benchlocker.com)

Access to the {team_name} player portal system is restricted to authorized users only.
