Your Private Access Code — also called your Private ID — is an 8-digit combination of letters and numbers used to log in to the Parent/Player Portal.

No worries! Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your team’s BenchLocker login page
2. Click the “Forgot Private ID” link
3. Enter your player’s name and your email address on file
4. We’ll instantly resend the Private ID to your inbox
