BenchLocker makes it easy to send automated reminder emails to parents or guardians when a player still has outstanding requirements. You can customize this message to match your organization’s tone while keeping all essential login and requirement details intact.

🛠️ How to Edit the Reminder Email Template #

1. From the Administrator Dashboard or side menu, click System Settings
2. Scroll down to the “Requirements Reminder Email Template” section
3. Update the content using the variables below
4. Click “Save Settings” to apply your changes

🔄 Available Variables #

You can insert the following placeholders, and BenchLocker will automatically replace them with each player’s real data when the email is sent:

• {player_name} – Player’s full name
• {team_name} – Team or organization name
• {site_url} – Your custom BenchLocker login URL
• {private_id} – Player’s secure login ID
• {last_name} – Player’s last name
• {requirements_list} – A dynamic list of the player’s outstanding and completed requirements
