The Team Roster page is your central hub for managing players, tracking compliance, and keeping your team organized in BenchLocker.
👀 What You’ll See #
Once you click “View Team” from the My Teams section, you’ll see:
- ✅ A full list of players assigned to that team
- 📄 A visual summary of each player’s requirement status
- 📬 Tools to send reminders and view/edit player information
🎯 Requirement Status Colors #
BenchLocker uses a color-coded system to make tracking requirement progress quick and intuitive:
- 🟢 Green Check – Requirement is fulfilled
- ⏳ Yellow Hourglass – Document uploaded, pending admin approval
- 🔴 Red “Expired” Label – Requirement is expired and needs renewal
- ⚪ Gray Box – Requirement not yet started
✉️ Sending Reminders #
- Blue Email Icon – Send a reminder to an individual player/guardian
- Checkboxes + “Send Requirements” Button – Send reminders in bulk
- Gray Email Icon – Resend a Parent/Player Portal invite (useful if a parent forgot their login)
👤 Working with Player Records #
Click the Blue Person Icon to:
- View and edit the player’s basic info and guardian contact
- View requirement history or help upload documents on behalf of the parent
(For example, if a parent sends a certificate by email or brings in a paper copy)
💡 Tip: While players/parents should ideally manage their own documents, coaches and managers can step in to help when needed — BenchLocker makes that flexibility easy.
