📥 How Can a Coach or Manager Update a Player’s Requirements?

Sometimes parents may email or hand you a document — like a birth certificate or medical form — instead of uploading it themselves. BenchLocker allows coaches and managers to assist by updating the requirement on the player’s behalf.


👣 Step-by-Step Instructions #

  1. Log in to your BenchLocker site
  2. From the Coach/Manager Dashboard, click My Teams, then View Team
  3. Click the Blue Person Icon next to the player’s name
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the player profile to view their requirements
  5. Use the following actions to update:

🔧 Requirement Actions #

  • 🔵 Upload Icon – Upload a document on behalf of the player (PDF, JPG, PNG, max 10MB)
  • 👁️ Eye Icon – View an existing uploaded document
  • ✏️ Pencil Icon – Add a note (used to fulfill a requirement without a file)

📝 Notes & Tips #

  • Replacing a File: Uploading a new document will overwrite the current one
  • Using Notes: For requirements that don’t require a file (like verbal confirmations or in-person checks), a note alone is enough to fulfill it

Best Practice: Always double-check with your organization’s admin before fulfilling a requirement without a document.
