📧 How Do I Send Reminders to Players About Their Requirements?

✅ Before You Start #

Make sure you’ve set up your Player Requirements Reminder Email Template in the System Settings.

📍 Steps to Send Reminders #

1. Go to the Player Requirements page from the Admin Dashboard or side menu
2. Click the 📊 Player Requirements Report icon
   ➡️ (See: How to Use the Player Requirements Report)
3. Filter the report by:
   • Team
   • Requirement
   • Status (e.g., Missing, Expired)
4. For each player, you’ll see:
   • Their name
   • A list of assigned requirements
   • The status of each requirement

✉️ How to Send the Reminder Emails #

• Send to a Single Player:
  Click the blue email icon next to the player’s name
• Send in Bulk to Multiple Players:
  1. Check the box next to each player you want to message
  2. Click the “Send Reminders” button at the top of the page

Each selected player will receive an email with:

• A list of their outstanding requirements
• A secure link to their login page
• Their private login credentials
