The Team Roster page is your command center for managing players, monitoring compliance, and keeping your team on track in BenchLocker.
👀 What You’ll See #
After clicking “View Team” from the My Teams section, you’ll have access to:
- ✅ A full list of players assigned to your team
- 📄 Color-coded requirement statuses for each player
- 🛠️ Action buttons to manage players and send reminders
🟢 Requirement Statuses at a Glance #
BenchLocker uses an intuitive, color-coded system so you can quickly spot who’s up-to-date — and who needs attention:
- 🟩 Green – Requirement fulfilled
- 🟨 Yellow – Not fulfilled / Pending
- 🟥 Red – Expired or Rejected
- ⬜ Gray – Not started
📬 Sending Reminders #
- Click the ✉️ Blue Email Icon next to a player to send a requirement reminder email to their guardian
- ✅ The reminder includes a list of missing requirements and a direct link to the Parent/Player portal
🔁 You can send as many reminders as needed — it’s a great way to prompt families to stay compliant!

Want to send reminders to multiple players at once?
Check the boxes next to the players’ names and click “Send Requirements” at the top of the roster to send bulk reminders 💪
